Guys showed up immediately and on time

The crew that installed the carpet in my building were one of the most professional crews I have ever worked with. Not only did they do an excellent job in half the time I thought it would take, but they made accommodations to not interfere with the daily lives of my residents. They were kind and courteous at every turn.

Recently I contacted Purofirst for the 4th time in almost 2 decades. I was very impressed the first time they came to my home as a referral from my insurance company. I kept the business card I had…thank goodness. Most of my interactions have been with Enrique Auza, who is a mold remediation manager. I have found Mr. Auza to be professional, responsive, ethical, hard working, and someone who possesses a wealth of information. I also referred Purofirst to my son after he experienced an apartment fire and needed smoke and water remediation. I am presently using this company again after a pipe burst in my basement. I am a fan!
