Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Field inspection of all assigned projects
• Ability to Manage 20+ projects at any given time
• Constant communication with owner/property manager to schedule and complete the project
• Coordination of subcontractors, vendors, and in-house crews to ensure schedule is met

Qualifications
• 5+ years of construction Project Management experience
• Knowledge of construction cost controls and budgets
• Able to produce accurate material take offs and schedule

• Efficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
• Proven written and verbal communication skills
• Insurance Restoration experience a plus
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle a must

Project Estimator
Responsibilities:
• Use Xactimate and/or Symbility software to estimate residential and commercial reconstruction projects
• Negotiate restoration services and insurance claims settlements
• Handle all estimating inquiries for the team and demonstrate a high level of problem resolution and technical assistance.
• Submits estimates in a timely matter determined by company requirements
• Establish and maintain client relationships as well as relationships with insurance adjusters and claim representatives
Requirements:
• 5+ years experience as an estimator, preferably in the restoration industry
• Possess a strong construction background and be able to communicate with Insurance Adjusters/Reps that may have very little construction knowledge
• Must have knowledge of both residential and commercial reconstruction experience
• Xactimate and Symbility proficiency is required
• Possess exceptional organizational and planning skills (detailed oriented person)
• Ability to recognize and solve problems independently
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, responsible and accountable
Accounts Receivable Representative
Responsibilities:
• Address and manage customer needs and concerns, notify management and ownership as needed
• Managing all aspects of accounts receivable
• Make daily calls to insurance adjusters, homeowners and property managers to ensure cash flow
• Send emails to aid in the collection process
• Maintain a professional, ethical, and positive disposition as a primary representative of the company in the community

To generate and secure new sales revenue by prospecting and adding customers.
Duties:
• Design an action plan to successfully create new business and build client relationships
• Responsible for achieving company sales targets and update management the status of accounts
• Maintain a professional, ethical, and positive disposition as a primary representative of the company in the community
• Regularly attend client meetings, trade shows, networking events, conferences, etc.

Skills/Qualifications:

Emergency Services Manager- Water, Fire and Mold
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Coordinate Emergency Water Services
• Coordinate Emergency Smoke and Fire Services, including content and structure
• Coordinates mold remediation services
• Manages and schedules technicians
• Provides quality control on all emergency services jobs
• Institutes best practices and follows IICRC guidelines
• Reviews all paperwork and moisture logs
• Orders supplies
• Provides instruction and technical expertise to technicians
• Verify and approve timesheets
• Effectively communicate with team members, customers and adjusters
• Create estimates in Xactimate
• Effectively supervise and motivate teams
• Control costs to achieve goals
• Accept after hours phone calls on a rotating basis
