Business Development Representative
To generate and secure new sales revenue by prospecting and adding customers.
Duties:
• Design an action plan to successfully create new business and build client relationships
• Responsible for achieving company sales targets and update management the status of accounts
• Maintain a professional, ethical, and positive disposition as a primary representative of the company in the community
• Regularly attend client meetings, trade shows, networking events, conferences, etc.
• Integrate sales efforts with other organized marketing activities (promotions, advertising, exhibitions, telemarketing, social media marketing, etc.
Skills/Qualifications:
• 5+ years of previous experience working in a sales role and or as a business development representative, preferably outside sales
• Industry knowledge or the ability to seek knowledge if new to the industry
• Able to work in a fast paced environment with a demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Proven ability in creating new business and client relationships is a must
Emergency Services Manager- Water, Fire and Mold
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Coordinate Emergency Water Services
• Coordinate Emergency Smoke and Fire Services, including content and structure
• Coordinates mold remediation services
• Manages and schedules technicians
• Provides quality control on all emergency services jobs
• Institutes best practices and follows IICRC guidelines
• Reviews all paperwork and moisture logs
• Orders supplies
• Provides instruction and technical expertise to technicians
• Verify and approve timesheets
• Effectively communicate with team members, customers and adjusters
• Create estimates in Xactimate
• Effectively supervise and motivate teams
• Control costs to achieve goals
• Accept after hours phone calls on a rotating basis
Requirements:
• Previous Emergency response (water, fire & mold) experience
• Previous project manager experience
• Industry certificates
• Xactimate experience
